APPLICATION PROCESS

We would be pleased to consider your application for admission to SCA. As you begin to complete the application,
please keep in mind there are certain documents that will be required to complete your file (see below for a complete list).
Apply online by email or send the completed forms via fax, mail, or courier.

We require entrance tests and an interview with a member of the Admissions staff.
For students who are unable tojoin us on campus, interviews can be arranged via Skype.


Recommended submission date:
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, however we recommend that families submit their applications
as soon as possible due to limited enrolment space.

Book your interview.

Step 03

Please upload the following documents as soon as possible:

  • Final June 2022 and 2023 report cards

  • Passport or Birth Certificate

  • Teacher Assessment Form

Step 04

All applicants to Grades 9 to 12 must complete the Character Skills Snapshot (CSS), an online assessment. Please log into SSAT.org to register.

The Character Skills Snapshot measures eight essential character skills: resilience, open-mindedness, responsibility, teamwork, social awareness, self-control, intellectual curiosity and initiative.

Step 05

Complete our Virtual Assessment. All applicants must complete this multiple-choice test that evaluates literacy and numeracy skills. We will reach out to candidates with Winter 2022 assessment dates and details closer to the test date.

In addition, you are welcome to submit the applicant’s SSAT results if available.

TUITION & FEES

St. Catherine School tuition is very competitive with fees charged by other independent schools. Financial assistance is available to students in Grade 11 and above based on need.

*- In a blended course, students and teacher meet during every scheduled session face to face via ZOOM or Skype.  In these face to face meetings, students ask questions and discuss issues regarding the course, and the teacher has the opportunity to evaluate or test the students and give them direct feedback.

For better results, we encourage all students local or international, to choose the blended format.
